(a) YOUR USE OF OR RELIANCE ON ANY CONTENT ON THE SERVICES
(b) ANY ERRORS, INACCURACIES, OR OMISSIONS IN CONTENT, PRODUCT INFORMATION, RECOMMENDATIONS, OR TOOL OUTPUTS
(c) ANY PURCHASING DECISIONS MADE BASED ON CONTENT FROM THE SERVICES

(f) ANY INTERRUPTION, ERROR, OR UNAVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CELMIN'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED CAD $100.
Section 12 — Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Celmin and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or relating to:

(b) Your violation of any law or the rights of a third party
(c) Your access to and use of the Services
(d) Any purchasing decisions you make based on content from the Services
